Maxtern Alleges Violent Attack by Bigg Boss Winner Elvish Yadav: Sparks Controversy and Legal Action

Sagar Thakur, a YouTuber known as “Maxtern,” recently claimed that he was violently attacked by Elvish Yadav, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2. Thakur, based in Delhi, shared a video on his official X account, stating that Yadav punched him in the face and attempted to harm his spine during a late-night meeting in Gurugram.

Thakur further alleged that Yadav openly threatened his life during the incident and claimed to have recorded the entire episode on camera.

How Elvish Yadav vs Sagar Thakur Fight Began

The problem between Elvish Yadav and Sagar Thakur started because of a disagreement about Yadav’s picture with Bigg Boss winner Munawar Faruqui.

Things got heated when Thakur shared his thoughts on Yadav hanging out with Faruqui. Thakur said, “Lately, Elvish fan pages have been spreading bad stuff, making me upset.”

Thakur mentioned that Elvish Yadav wanted to meet him on Friday, and he agreed, thinking it would be a simple “discussion.” The argument between the two online personalities kicked off from there.

Maxtern said, “When he came to the store – he and his 8-10 goons, who were drunk – started beating me and started using abusive language. Elvish Yadav tried to break my spine so that I would become physically disabled,” said in his complaint.

Following the complaint, a case has been registered against Mr. Yadav and others under sections 147 (riots), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (causing hurt), 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC at Sector 53 Police Station on Friday evening, the police said.
