On March 22, a court in Gautam Buddh Nagar actively granted bail to controversial YouTuber Siddharth Yadava, also known as Elvish Yadav, in a case involving the alleged use of snake venom as a recreational drug at a party four months ago. The bail was granted by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Jaihind Kumar Singh. Yadav, a winner of the reality show Bigg Boss OTT, faced charges under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, the Wildlife Protection Act, and the Indian Penal Code.
