Govinda is expected to contest from Mumbai North West constituency, marking his comeback after a break from politics.
In 2004, Govinda famously contested from Mumbai North on a Congress ticket, where he defeated BJP’s Ram Naik, earning the title of a giant-slayer. Afterward, he stepped away from politics. Now, with his entry into Shiv Sena, Govinda brings his star power to the political arena once again.”
