Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav has confirmed that an agreement has been reached regarding seat sharing for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Bihar. Yadav stated that the RJD, along with the Congress and Left parties, will contest the elections together in the state.

Speaking after attending a meeting regarding Bihar’s seat-sharing formula, Tejashwi Yadav mentioned that the partners of the INDIA bloc, including the RJD, Congress, and Left parties, have orally agreed upon the seat allocation. He assured that all constituents are receiving a fair and respectable deal in the arrangement.

Yadav emphasized the enduring alliance between the Congress and RJD, labeling it as the oldest alliance, and asserted that there have never been tensions between the two parties. He expressed confidence in their collective agenda to prevent the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from gaining ground in Bihar.

The former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar highlighted that while there have been reports of discord within the NDA in Bihar, the media has been focusing on tensions within the INDIA bloc, despite there being none.
