The bench emphasized the importance of approaching the court with commitment and seriousness regarding such matters. The petitioner, claiming to be from The Sikh Chamber of Commerce, withdrew the petition, acknowledging subsequent developments. The Court suggested approaching the Punjab and Haryana High Court, where similar matters were pending, to address grievances. The petition raised concerns about the handling of the protests, compensation for deceased farmers’ families, and various issues related to MSP and agricultural reforms recommended by MS Swaminathan.
