These facilities offer modern storage, processing, export support, cold-chain logistics, and safe harbour areas that reduce risk for fishermen at sea. Road Network Expansion and Rural Connectivity
The administration invested significantly in strengthening highway systems, industrial corridors, and rural road accessibility, linking villages to markets, trade centers, and ports. By connecting agricultural zones, industrial hubs, and logistics routes, road development accelerated commerce, reduced travel time, and improved public services such as education and healthcare access. Transparent Sand Policy Supporting Construction & Housing
To resolve long-standing issues of sand scarcity and illegal mining, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy implemented a transparent online sand policy ensuring regulated supply and affordable pricing. The reform curbed black-marketing, reduced construction delays, and made building materials accessible to the general public, especially benefitting housing schemes and private construction.
