Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSRCP President Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy visited Narsipatnam Medical College today, voicing strong opposition to the state government’s alleged plans for privatisation of public medical colleges.
During his visit, Jagan Mohan Reddy emphasised that education and healthcare should remain the right of every citizen, not a privilege for a few. He called on the people of Andhra Pradesh to participate in peaceful, village-level awareness drives and Rachabanda programmes to safeguard the public healthcare system.
He reaffirmed that the YSR Congress Party remains committed to ensuring transparency, equity, and accessibility in all public welfare sectors.
