Delhi: On 4th March, Monday Dwarka court granted custody parole to Gangster Sandeep aka Kala aka Kala Jatheri to perform marriage ceremony. The court has granted 6 hours of custody parole to perform marriage rituals on March 12 and 13.
He is in custody for several cases including MCOCA (Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act) for allegedly operating an organised crime syndicate.
Additionally, Deepak Wason, Additional sessions judge (ASJ) given the relief after hearing the submission made by the counsel and considering the reply file by Delhi official.
The court ordered the authorities to take Kala Jatheri for marriage in custody on March 12 between 10AM to 4PM and also the security is arranged. He is also directed to taken to the village on March 13 between 10AM to 1PM.
