The Bengaluru Police have created a route map of the suspect’s movements around Rameshwaram Cafe using CCTV footage. They are currently scanning the footage along that route as part of their investigation.
Using CCTV route mapping, the police are endeavoring to ascertain the suspect’s entry and exit routes to and from the cafe. They’ve taken steps to gather evidence, including seizing a digital video recorder (DVR) from Rameshwaram Cafe and reviewing CCTV footage from nearby shops. Recently, new CCTV footage emerged depicting the suspect approaching the cafe with a bag believed to contain an Intensive Explosive Device (IED). Authorities indicated that the explosion was caused by triggering the IED bomb using a timer.
